Clean Energy Here provides energy efficiency services, including lighting and energy audits, proposals, and related customer communication. This policy covers the Clean Energy Here software applications used by our team and our customers.

We collect only what we need to deliver our services:

• Account information — name, email address, and password credentials for team members who sign in.
• Business contact information — company name, contact names, titles, phone numbers, email addresses, and business addresses entered by our team or captured from business cards.
• Audit and project data — site notes, room details, measurements, photographs, voice memos, utility bills, and documents uploaded during an audit or proposal.
• Location data — approximate or precise device location, only when a team member explicitly uses a location feature.
• Usage and technical data — log and error data needed to keep the application secure and working correctly.

• To perform energy audits, prepare proposals, and deliver requested services.
• To communicate with prospects and customers about appointments, audits, proposals, and project updates.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our applications.
• To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

Email communications: We send service-related email such as audit confirmations, audit results, proposals, and follow-up information. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using that link or by contacting us.

SMS communications: If you opt in, we may send SMS messages related to appointment reminders, project updates, or promotional offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists to third parties for their own marketing.

We use a small number of vendors to run the application — cloud hosting and database services, email delivery, mapping and place lookup, and AI services used to summarize or research business information entered in the app. These providers process data only to provide their service to us, under their own agreements and security controls.

Access to the application requires an account and sign-in. Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access rules so team members reach only the records they are permitted to see, and traffic to the application is encrypted in transit. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure; we work to identify and correct issues promptly.

We keep customer, audit, and project records for as long as needed to provide services and to satisfy legal or contractual obligations, then delete or archive them. You can request deletion of your information at any time using the contact below, subject to records we must retain by law.

• Ask us to delete your information.
• Opt out of marketing email or SMS at any time.

We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

Our applications are business tools and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
