• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users or organizations.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not probe, scan, or interfere with the security or availability of the service.
• Do not use contact data in the app for unsolicited bulk messaging that violates applicable law.

Information you enter about customers and prospects remains subject to our Privacy Policy. You agree to collect and use that information lawfully, to honor opt-out requests, and to share it only with people who need it to do their work.

Some features use AI to summarize, research, or draft content. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review AI-generated research, insights, and email drafts before relying on them or sending them to a customer.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may perform maintenance or update the application at any time.

The application, its design, and its content are owned by Clean Energy Here or its licensors. You keep ownership of the business records, photos, and documents you upload, and you grant us the rights needed to store and process them to provide the service.

We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or for security reasons. You may stop using the application at any time and request deletion of your account.

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Energy savings estimates, audit calculations, and utility program information are estimates, not guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, Clean Energy Here is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
